How to make burnt rice:Take about half a cup of water, place it in a pot, bring the pot to a boil, forget the water is on high and put about a cup of rice in. Now to make it burnt you go upstairs or in your room, and get lost in a game of league of legends and hear your sister yelling for you, as you go down stairs act like you don't smell anything even though you do. Go over to your pot turn off the flame and realize you've burnt your rice.
