Any laptop will simply run minecraft. It depends on what you mean by running minecraft. Do you use resource packs? Shaders? Mods? These will all bring down your fps a noticeable amount on a tiny laptop. My $700 Lenovo laptop (just a work laptop, not gaming) couldn't even run YouTube and minecraft without a fps drop. My biggest suggestion is get a laptop with a SSD (solid state drive) and AT LEAST 8 GB of ram. Ram will let you multitask better and is very important. Anything over 8 would probably be unnecessary if you're using a cheap laptop (<$1000)
"could" yes I ran it on a single core celeron with 2gb ram for years but man I only got 20fps with Optifine

btw I wouldn't buy a computer that is not shipped+sold by Newegg AND says it has a scratch and dent. it could have more internal damage.
by the screen, I mean above 60 is pointless, you won't see a difference. There's really no way to know without seeing a review of it or something, and most reviews do not use minecraft as a benchmark.

So you don't know? I'm confused, and if it was you, would you get the PC based on the price and its ability to run Skyblock?
