    Moderators are not able to do anything with charge back bans. You have to be patient and wait for Cyp to email you back. If you still don't get a reply then email him again.

    Charge-back bans are frustrating however you are allowed to play on another account while you wait.

    Well, I can't see that. At this point I don't think Cyp really cares or is even trying. This happened months ago. It really bothers me to know I'm this insignificant.
