Pretty straightforward, I think Skyblock should send a conversation to every new user welcoming them to the forums, directing them to the rules, etc. On most forums, and pretty much every place where there is a messaging system (including roblox, lol) has this kind of feature!
Think of it like a tutorial in a game.

Personally I think staff could welcome players and link a few threads when it comes to more detailed explanations & briefly explain the forums and what each section is about.

I definitely think this would be beneficial. Often times, we are the first forum people have ever joined and it can be very confusing at first. I know for myself that it definitely was an interesting process to learn.

No support, this is a worthless idea and contributes nothing towards the server. It will feel cheap and insincere, and is not worth the time it will take to setup.

 

If you just wrote no support with no feedback, that's post farming and against the rules, which is why your posts are getting deleted.

 

It probably wouldn't be hard to set up, but this is just an assumption as there are so many internal things I don't know about the server.

For it "contributing nothing to the server", it helps new users navigate the forums and makes them feel welcome. If they don't wish to read the message, so be it, they can just ignore it and find out on their own like the rest of us. And since you have been getting your posts deleted for breaking rules it would have been beneficial to you as well.

An automated bot message may seem insincere, but it makes up for it by how helpful it could be.

I would suggest linking the ingame rules, forums rules, and the in depth thread of the rules as well. Also probably code of conduct?

Well it sent the link to the Rules & Information sub-forum which contains all of those.

 

The sub forums will do nothing and it needs to link to each thread, at least in my opinion
