In my opinion, you're far too immature for a moderator position. I am not saying "Give up." I am saying work on your maturity. You're helpful in-game, but you're more throwing your self out there, and it's slightly annoying. Not trying to be rude or offensive, just being honest is all, but by you saying things like [HELPING] /msg <yourusername> or what not when moderators online is bothersome. You are a very friendly and helpful player. Yet something about me feels you're just not ready for moderator. Keep trying, work on your things, and utilize the feedback you get on this application. The following is about your application.

You realize that you can stop the issues without being a mod? Don't be afraid to inform us about our flaws. We'll try to fix them. You don't have to be part of the team to fix it

You give new players items so you can get some credit? This isn't about getting credit. Being a mod is about helping others. If you do this just to get credit, then you shouldn't be a mod. A good mod doesn't need credit. They should get satisfaction from being helpful.

Just like to point out, we don't have this

This is not about you. You should talk about how it will benefit you, but how it will benefit others. We aren't going to give you mod because it makes you feel better, but because it will make others feel better when you help them.

I don't know if you are trying to guilt-trip us, but you don't need to talk about this. You're young, there is no need to stress over this. If you're that stressed out about not getting accepted, you shouldn't apply. It isn't good to stress over such things. You should focus on life and not on minecraft. Always put your life first.

By the way, there are exceptions to this.

The following is about you in-game.


1) You seem too desperate. There is no need to ask people if they have seen you helping or tell them that they should watch you helping. People will notice you helping out, you don't need to tell them to watch you do it.

2) You're not mature enough. You give yourself a 7/10, but I don't know if that is accurate. You threw a fit when Boss achieved mod and told him you were angry about it. You tell me you start crying whenever you think about it. What happens if you become a mod and your promotion buddy (saying you have one) achieves full mod and you don't? Are you going to throw a fit? Are you going to be jealous? Are you going to get revenge on them? I don't think you are mature enough to handle this position. Your decisions are quite sketchy.

3) You're too sensitive to handle some things. If you can't handle Boss becoming a mod, how can you handle the wrath of players? What happens if someone reports you or someone calls you a terrible mod? If you're going to be a mod, you can't let people get to you. You have to be able to turn yourself into a rock and not let people's words or actions hurt you. This is the internet, you shouldn't be sensitive as a lot of people try to hide behind their screens and hate on you. You need, absolutely need to be able to block out people's hurtful words, even if they are lies.

Sure, I just pointed out your flaws, but I must say you are very active and from what I know, honest.

However, you need some more time before you can achieve mod. I will have to say, no support. Give it some time. God forbid I say you're too young, however I believe you're not ready. Some people mature at different ages, thus why saying "You're too young." isn't a valid reason. You need more time to mature, more time to understand things.
