We don't really need any more American moderators, but of course, you can still be promoted. Another not entirely important point: your grammar, spelling and general phrasing are a bit off. For example, I've taken a sentence and changed it, bolding my changes:
I helped a player(I think his ign was meepster something I don't know) coped with their grieve. I gave him approx. 4 stacks of cobble stone to rebuild his island.
=

Also, on this particular section, it's stated in one of the pinned threads of the Moderator Application section that you should not consider "Does this player give out lots of free stuff?" - also, in the scheme of things, four stacks isn't very charitable. Also, importantly - you talk about your actions on skyblock.net. Are you applying for forums moderator or not?
There are a lot more sentences just like this one, so I advise getting an English-y person to read it for you - a parent, older sibling, or member of the forums (even me, if you want). I also advise just generally improving your spelling and grammar as a life tip
If you're applying for forum moderator, best include that in the title so people don't criticise you for being inactive when they don't fully read your application. Mod, which is short for moderator so feel free to use the long word instead (it makes you sound a little smarter), should never be capitalised unless you're screaming it at someone. Get rid of the capitals in your title and in your application.
You have no experience as a moderator, which is not an ideal trait in a moderator.

Yeah, I'm like 99% sure that we cannot apply for forums mod, so make up your mind. Also, your application is littered with grammatical errors and text speak. I advise spending time looking through your application and fixing those errors. Even though you are in Pacific and me in Central, I don't recall ever seeing you in-game. For now, I will stay neutral. Good luck!
