I have been consistently playing since mid-2017, and my will to help others and contribute to the community has only improved. I have matured and for the past five months, I have managed to achieve a balance between what I do in my leisure time and my obligations, including Skyblock. Once again, thank you. ♥

Your reasons for the neutral are completely understandable, though I hope I can respectfully prove you wrong soon There is only one thing that needs to be addressed. Please keep in mind I did not resign, disappear for half a year and then re-applied the second I returned. After leaving the team, I remained active, though some days I was not able to get on due to school and extracurricular activities. I have been planning to reapply for several months now, but always told myself to wait another month to see if I changed my mind. As you can probably see, I didn't. If anything, my dedication and commitment to Skyblock are stronger than ever.

If you are successful I would like to see that you are solemnly committed to the role and will stick at it for an extended period. I understand last time there was things you needed to sort out outside of Minecraft. I respect that you asked for a demotion to prioritise this. This shows you are mature and will always think of others when your actions might affect your performance.

I believe this time you will excel and do justice the same as your previous opportunity as staff.
