To start off you're to intensive, you act too fast and don't keep cool. To be a moderator you need to always keep the head cold. I know it's a lot of moderators who don't match up for this requirement and that's what report section is for. Sadly there are so few alternative left.

This server doesn't need another robot. We got enough of them. To be a moderator you need to take own decisions and think yourself, sometimes you need to just screw what you are supposed to do to maintain justice. Moderators are in order always lazy too. You are presumably nothing exceptional from that. A lot of moderators don't even take own initiatives. They scarcely do what is demanded, blaming how busy they are.

Your way to act is wrong. There are two kinds of moderators. Those who understand what is relevant and how to perform in certain situations. You are the asking ones. The one who ask the stupidest questions. Asking questions right is really important if you want respect. Respect is one of the most important parts. It's about showing your strength. Without respect, you will never get someone to confess and people will laugh at you. You will than the moderator to avoid if you want something cleared out.
