As Cyk753 stated sand and iron ingots are now obtainable from the Mob Arena. More players who are new to the server are in need of basic materials so they can expand their island and sort of upgrade it.

I don't see the point of not legalizing Bucket trades since when someone asks for a Bucket there is always a Donator that will give him 3 Iron Ingots so he can craft one himself and that is pointless in my opinion.

If Sand Trades will still be considered illegal I don't see any harm of adding /Kit sand which will contain certain amount of sand every week.

I see others who are new asking for buckets. They get frustrated after finding that it illegal, so they quit.

    And sand
    And dirt
We need these legalized or else we invoke the frustratement of the new players and most leave.
I found it really annoying that you could not trade sand because I need more cactus and I was annoyed that you couldn't trade dirt because I need more farmland and I don't want to spend my hard-earned (sending Roblox a rage comic before anyone else) grass on farmland. #Frugality

I also have something else you can add to this Cyk, you can say that you technically can still trade sand. Via chests

Support, There is no reason Sand shouldn't be legal now that you can get it from the Mob Arena.

I think I'm okay with sand and buckets being allowed. There's very few sand blocks when you start a new island, and only one bucket. So I don't think it would be that much of an issue with farming.
Dirt, however, should remain illegal. It helps get extra grass out of the economy, and is too easy to farm with new islands.

I support this fully. If the items are available as rewards in the mob arena, I see no reason that it should remain illegal to trade or sell.

If, as you say, sand and iron are fairly easy to obtain, then we don't really need to open up trading them. All the same, I've never really cared for the illegal trading rules, as the rule should be "don't Island farm", not "don't trade the items you get from island farming": that's a given. Like diamonds. Don't duplicate diamonds and therefore sell the duped diamonds, but obviously, you can still sell them normally.

I'm saying current rules stop players from giving/trading items that are more available than before. Therefore the current rule is outdated and unnecessary and dumb.

Before mob arena, sand and iron were only part of donor kits. The trades for sand and buckets are protected since they are part of the new island. But ever since mob arena, sand has been available for everyone to earn. There is no more need to be protective of sand trading. It is much easier to earn sand from playing the mob arena than from restarting an island.

For iron, not allowing bucket trades really stops new players from progressing. Just about everyone loses their bucket when starting out. And since they are new players, they don't know that the current rule is that they are not allowed to ask for buckets. This bucket rule is old and unnecessary. This is especially true since iron ingots has also been made a reward from mob arena.

I agree not island farming must still be a rule. Trading items, once you have obtained them through legal ways though, should be fair game.

Uh, no support. The reason why you couldn't drop sand and buckets in the first place was to prevent island farming...

    So....
