AceEuro economy - yes yes I didn't break any rules. - Oakk Yes I'm requesting Oakk 's supervisor or a super moderator take over this appeal. My last one was closed without explanation when perfectly valid points are raised.
"you cannot create more than one appeal for the same punishment" But I will keep this open for Kerahna and Novembree and they can have their final say, before its closed
I assumed that to mean simultaneously, and since there was no reasoning to you closing the other one, any rational, reasonable human being would allow this one to exist.
Also, I find it funny that now you mention rules, but in the other appeal you did not manage to mention a single rule I had broken...
Hi staff, 30 hours since this appeal has been up, almost 84 hours of what I believe to be an incorrect mute. Please let me know on the status here, like if you are trying to gather evidence to justify the mute, or just ignoring the appeal, or mentoring Oak on handling appeals, etc...
Bree is not available to handle appeals this weekend but I’ve reviewed this case with her, including the background information and chat logs leading up to this particular mute. We’ve deemed the mute to be appropriate. The purpose of the appeal section is for the user to own up to mistakes and ask for a reduction in punishment. Players who demonstrate an understanding of why they were muted or banned and resolve to improve their behavior are much more likely to have the appeal accepted than players who continue to insist they’ve done nothing wrong (thereby demonstrating a likelihood to reoffend). If you would like to continue this appeal, I would suggest that you reflect on your recent behavior in chat and what can be done to prevent something like this from happening again.
Hello Kerahna, thanks for your reply. I apologise for my recent actions in chat and didn't realize what I was doing may have been against the rules, although common sense should have taken over while I was making chats on the server and stopped myself from making unwanted comments. Thanks, and let me know if there is anything else you require!
Also, if what you say here is true, I suggest removing the question "Do you think this punishment was incorrect?" from the appeal format, as it can be misleading.
I appreciate your honesty. If you’d like to rewrite your appeal answers we can start fresh and I will work with Oak to resolve this. This question helps us to quickly separate those who are remorseful from those who are planning to be stubborn about it. It also helps us identify cases of truly incorrect punishments (i.e. if someone had a similar name and got banned by accident).
Sure, Punished account name: AceEuro Platform or server punished on: Economy Have you read the rules? Yes Do you think this punishment was incorrect? No Why should you be unbanned? I was not banned, but I should be unmuted because although reading the rules, I decided that I felt I could get away with loopholes in the rules where what I was doing wasn't explicitly stated but the rules still apply. I realize now this was the wrong behavior and I should aim to keep all my chats positive. If you know, tag the staff member that banned you: Oakk Do you understand and accept our rules and code of conduct? Yes
Hello, Me and Kerahna have discussed this appeal together and reviewed it as your first appeal. First of all, thanks for your reconsideration when it comes to the appeal itself, and thanks for your honesty in the appeal. We will accept the appeal, as it sounds like you've learned something from the mute, which I'm glad for. Hope you understand me better from the previous appeal, and let us look forward.
Thank you for creating an appeal, your appeal has been accepted! Please make sure that you read our rules here before continuing on as normal! Thread closed and moved to Appeals Archive.
