    The mass message rule he has very clearly stated, numerous times, that he was wrong about.
    As other conversations and the initial post in this thread have clearly stipulated, there is no rule that says anything about chat automation or that using automation to gain an advantage over other players on the server is wrong. The precedent, if you join the server, is clearly that automation is the only way to compete with everybody else on the server (Killaura, nuker/automine, literally anything applicable).
    Again, what other conversations and the initial post on this thread (as well as at least 5 staff members) have conveniently pointed out for you, is that the items DID indeed belong to him after he defeated the subject player in a fair, consensual duel. It has been established that if you want givebacks, that needs to be clearly stipulated BEFORE any PvP takes place. The items were SuperCoolWimp's, and a Moderator stole them from him.
    The "common sense" rule on this server isn't as vague as other servers, it cannot be used by staff members as a trump card to punish players for rules that they didn't bother to stipulate because it actually defines itself if you read it;
    You must use common sense when playing our server. While this may be ambiguous as not all “sense” is common, in the context of our server this means following courtesies and regulations set out in your real world lives, schools, work places and countries. This includes using basic morals such as “stealing is wrong”, “calling someone a name may hurt them and that is bad," or even “speaking nicely to others and using manners is appropriate behaviour.”
    As you can see (With the extremely debatable exception of "stealing is wrong"), none of these specific rules of "common sense" are applicable to any of the subjects at hand. Even if these individual things weren't specified, it is also mentioned that "not all sense is common", implying a sense of subjectivity (hence SuperCoolWimp's punishment being removed by a Moderator).

    He didn't add me on discord either, suggesting he doesn't want to further the conversation, so no clue why he'd end his comment off like that...

    I would like to have the discussion in the thread in the discussion forum. I'm not going to add you on discord when the topic is right here.
