Implemented Ability to toggle use of /fly in Island Settings

Hi All,

So, I've been thinking about a project to work on on an Alts island in Economy and I had a plan - however - it's very reliant on the ability to be able to toggle Visitor access to /fly - Think Parkour - but it's not.

As it's instantly turned off for everyone (I assume not staff) in The Nether - I was hoping it might be relatively "easy" for a dev to include it.

I've mocked up a Settings screenshot showing the ability in /sb



I thought I would add a little bit more to this.
Allowing the Island owners to turn off fly actually opens up a world of potential to what you can do for your island.

Make it more interactive - make puzzles to get in to certain place - add parkour (obviously) - have prizes - increase popularity.

I genuinely think there is so much possibility that would open up to island creators it would be awesome

I second this, would allow for more adventure/mini-game based islands

 

Hi Flaming - It was mainly because I live on Economy
If you feel as a Skyblock player it's beneficial - then I clearly support both server votes

Support. I like this idea.

A warning could also pop up saying "fly is disabled" like when you'd visit the nether too.

I like this! /fly can sometimes allow Visitors to get into areas they shouldn't be, or allows them to cheat at Parkours and whatnot. Support!

This is a great idea, I think it would also help with people schematicing islands/redstone.

I absolutely love this idea in assistance with the /fly toggle. Brilliant as always!

Hope this gets implemented.

Hello, this is a duplicate thread and the suggestion is currently labelled as Under Evaluation. I believe that a developer has stated it has been implemented to the development server so expect to see it pushed to the live server soon.
