    Something like this should not be attempted on .net. Too exploitable.

    Well from past experiences with the server, when worldguard is up, islands are protected from griefing (looting is a different story) towards everyone else besides the owner and islandmates.

    It can be attempted on .Org, since it is much more difficult to Loot/Grief, unless part of the Coop, or Hax
