Having a childlike mindset does help with working for Lego. You do have to know when to turn it off though. Like I had to do yesterday. People got to see "not so nice and fluffy" Gray and as I was told afterwords "terrified". My response was "good, they should be".

You should NEVER call ANY female of ANY age old. You live longer that way.

Good to know that before something bad happens

 

So this happened to me today. I was asked to go and speak about a specific process we do at where I work to help others understand it. I went to the venue and was all set up and began my spiel. "Hello to all you people that took time off from your individual wo..." This is as far as I got before someone jumped out of their seat and said, "I identify as a plant based hive mind you're being racist, I feel victimized and I'm going to sue you and your company!"
The meeting fell apart from there. Really, how are you supposed to respond to that?

 

I guess American law is a bit crazy. But i think he won't get far in court with that. If he identify as a plant he must prove it, that's the law i remembered the most. Prove it or your arguement is invalid.

But because i am not a lawyer and i'll never be one, i would recommend to ask your lawyer about that. In austria it's not possible to sue someone because of a normal sentence, but i already heard ppl complaining about hot coffee and got money for sueing them in america.
I don't know why they don't change the laws to prevent things like that -.-

Oh and PS: He is anatomically a human and it's not optically clear that he is a "plant" so i think this exaggeration is completly invalid. If he sues you (and loose) he has to take the court costs . He probably wants your company to pay before he sues you because he knows that he will loose. Still take a lawyer and discuss this crazy moment. That shouldn't be a big problem.
If i would know any laws i wouldn't just do speculations xD but i think i know some basic stuff of law. I am 100% sure he has to prove that he is a plant. The other things are just speculations :3
