Well, that escalated quickly :/ I didn't want to get involved but I feel this has gone a bit far. What I heard was that Pops leaked information but only to other Noobcrew servers' staff, not realising this was considered separate from MV staff. Though I have no first hand knowledge of this I tend to believe the best of people, so unless someone can prove otherwise I'll believe that to be the truth. Although he's done something wrong and has been demoted for it, I also believe he had no ill intentions. I also want to point out that after something like this has happened, I'm sure many of you would be feeling hurt enough to want to take time off from a server at least initially. It's not something I would penalise a friend for.

As for what happened with the alt accounts, I think it's been blown out of proportion. To me it seems to have been a moment of anger and poor judgement which wasn't helped by encouragement from a friend to use their alt accounts to do something naughty. I'll willingly admit that I've been in trouble at work IRL once because I had an argument with a collegue I didn't get on with, and said some things in the heat of the moment which were unprofessional and which didn't reflect me or my personality normally. I just sort of lost it after constantly being hassled by this guy who was incredibly abrasive. Luckily for me I was a good employee and the management liked me a lot more than him, and everyone knew he had been winding me up for a while so I didn't get into more trouble at my work, but I just wanted to give an example that even genuine and measured people lose it sometimes when it feels like people are ganging up on them. So although I accept he's done something wrong here, this level of hating on Pops seems a bit excessive... I know I wasn't there but I don't think that what Pops has done on MV warrants this level of personal attack or name calling, especially on this forum which is devoted to Skyblock.

Well, Maddi, I read your post and if I will be honest, replying with a "You too , go back to somewhere else" is a much nicer response than what I'd have said to a post like yours, though I'd never have said so to your face. I don't know you and I'm sure you're a nice person, but I think calling Pops names like that and saying that what hipsterchick said is bollocks isn't necessary or appropriate here and it's a personal attack that borders on bullying in my opinion. I'm sure you felt he was condescending to you on MV but what I know of Pops, I don't think it would have been deliberate, and since this is a quality measured by personal opinion, I don't feel this personality clash is enough to justify an attack like that. I feel that in fact he handled it pretty well. Many people would have just raged back at you there.

This is exactly the kind of thing I don't appreciate. There is no need to say something like this. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. I would not like to see Pops leave and I'm sure I'm not the only person. I don't wish to just write off months of being friends with someone because they've made several mistakes recently. If my friends had disowned me completely every time I screwed up, I'd be an incredibly lonely person :/ Actually, I had a problem with someone at school who turned everyone in my year group against me and it was a horrible experience, I don't want to see that sort of behaviour here thank you very much.

Well enough of trying to defend my friend against this barrage. My opinion on Pops reopening this app: Well, you were promoted on another Noobcrew server, and although I accept that you didn't realise you'd done anything wrong at the time, it's not gone so well overall. I'd also hasten to add that although I don't feel that what's occurred afterwards reflects your usual temperament and personality, it's not something that can be just ignored. If I fired an employee for making a mistake at work, I'd have no hard feelings, it's just the professional response. If that employee then became angry afterwards and broke some rules, I would understand but also would not wish to employ him again in a different company owned by me. I also would expect the person to spend a significant amount of time reflecting upon their actions before applying again for a job with me, to be honest. I think even without what has happened afterwards, it was too soon to be reapplying as a moderator on any Noobcrew server... And with what has happened, I'd seriously consider if you really want to do this again, and whether it's really for you. If you honestly feel you can learn and improve from your mistakes, and you think you would be good for this in the future, then by all means reapply later but I think you really ought to wait a good long while to prove yourself and to allow people's angry feelings to die down. I would think 6 months minimum, longer maybe. That's just how I would behave in the real world, I think worryingly, Minecraft models IRL situations pretty well though.

On a personal note, Pops I still you, and I hope you can rise above this harsh criticism a stronger person. I also hope you won't pull any more of these daft shenanigans breaking the rules you once enforced; I really believe in you and I'm sure it was just stroppy behaviour that doesn't reflect your true self, I sincerely hope that's the truth. I really hope you don't choose to quit .Org but I don't feel at this time, I can support your app at all. But I hope to see you again soon all the same. xxx

Alright alright so, everyone. Settle the f*** down. This guy here was a good? Okay-ish? Mod on. Mineverse. He wouldn't have gotten promoted anyway, if he's a bad guy. Okay if you believe he was a bad mod, let's go with that, shall we? He got demoted for leaking. Okay that happens. He left. That happens too. He got mad. That happens a lot. He did something he wasn't supposed to when he was mad. Whoop de f***ing doo. As if that never happened to one of you before. He comes here. He has friends here. He wants a new start here. He wants to be a mod here. Whoop de doo. You don't support. Makes sense, eh? Well stop repeating things over why he was demoted. Gets redundant, eh? So shutting up, and just saying a simple no support will suffice, instead of being rude. Sure he was rude. Okay that makes sense.

Before I give my support or no support I would like you to explain something to me.
Quite recently, you posted on my recent status "#LimeForMod2k15 Spread the word". You said something about what's the big deal about getting mod and something else, I don't remember exactly tho. Nonetheless, it was a negative comment on me supporting a friend getting mod. Then I see your app is up and I get a bit confused.. Seeing as you kinda just trash talked the idea of getting mod. I ended up deleting the status entirely for other reasons. I have had a mod undelete it, but lucky for you, they aren't able to undelete comments on statuses. Not trying to bash on you, just want a simple explanation.

I'm sure he didn't literally say "go and kill yourself". Of course you may have interpreted something else he said that way, and also I may be wrong. But from what I've seen of Pops in the past and what I've seen of Maddi's comments on here, it would appear to me from an outside perspective that it's Maddi who is the protagonist. If you have clear proof that he really did say that then perhaps you ought to speak with him personally and resolve the issue directly with a mod mediating, rather than just flaming on here :/ but anyway. I don't believe he'd directly say something like that, so without proof, innocent until proven guilty for me sorry.
