Don't do that, ma'am. Just edit your original and continue on. Personally I think it looks very favorable to see an older application someone has spent a long time revising and accepting comments on. Sticking with something show you are dedicated and it isn't just a passing fancy.

Hard not to mention it constantly, sir. Dewmellon's application is just such a perfect example of literally everything someone with authority should not do.

That post is also a near-perfect example of what you should never put into a job-seeking memo. I'm brand new on the server, no history whatsoever with Dew and just reading it turned me into a serial killer. On and on and on and on about horrific things they've done, excuses, justifications, blame shifting, etc.

When I reviewed the post and pointed out how horrific it was Dewmellons fought to get all of my replies deleted, then had the entire thread locked against me to prevent any future comments. Kim Jong Un personally created a North Korean holiday for that level of dedicated censorship.

Dewmellon's Moderator application is available by PM, if anyone would like to read it. It's not any worse (and no better) than anyone else's; they just had so much horrifying content that going over the whole thing was.. interesting.
