Seems to understand what an application requires, but has trouble explaining why he has those qualities. That was a frustrating rating to give, I wanted to support but didn't have the material to feel good about doing so without being satirical.

 

I would appreciate a PM, sir. I have a queue of applications I'm working through at the moment-- the end of the month seems to suddenly get everyone in an "app mood". This way I can get to everyone in a timely manner.

This is the first time I have ever reviewed the same application a second time. Probably not the wisest choice; large parts were plagiarized. Way more time spent reading and researching than was necessary but I did enjoy reading WikiHow for a while.
