As of right now you're perm banned, Why should you think to apply now is idiotic.
Try and atleast get past the first obstacle of getting unbanned before you look further than that.

All of this have been taken into consideration. But I don't totally agree with you about that ban should stop me from getting moderator rank. I was really confused at first when I heard it. But later on, everything falls apart. This is just a mistake and the only reason I'm not unbanned is because none have written a real answer in that appeal for 4 days and just saying that they want to see other replying first. The ban shouldn't be a problem at all:

I know that some of you have based their no-support because of the mistake happen but now everything is cleared out and I'm unbanned. As lemonade has told innocent bans won't be used against me and I see no problem for future about this. To all of you who based the no-support because of this. I would be very happy if you re-consider your desition.

After all of this I just played as normal until I saw EyeHamStewPid spam chat that he lost a beacon. I had for a long time tried to sell one and thought this was a good opportunity. I asked him if he wanted to buy a new. As he has said himself he really liked beacons

Did not spam in chat myself, and to be honest, some of my friend did spam.
I did not say "I really like beacons" or somethign related... Stop trying to make me seem greedy

Like i've said like 1000... If your going to accuse me... Acctually provide proof perhaps? Anyone can say anything.

ThatRuzyiu if I was lying I wouldn't have got unbanned. They had not given me all the proof so I couldn't make a lie and be sure their proof would support it. The reason I was unbanned is because their proof actually supports my story to 100%. I never said I was hacked, or my ip was hacked. I said I used a public ip to watch a youtube video that wasn't allowed in my country. A lot of people do and it's nothing illegal about that. It is cleared out. So now, you've got your stuff back and I have proved myself innocent. Could we just stop accuse for a while and forget all of this. It's not worth getting an enemy for this!

You're pretty Active thought and helpful when some people in need. so that I change my no support to 50%. try to be a little more active, focus on the chat a little bit more and get through the spammy chat in some cases. Good luck!
