As of now, no support. You are rarely in game and don't seem to be on long.

/Seen says when they were last on, not how long they were on.

This isn't as much about the mute as it is Dewmellon telling Jelly to mute me which was immediately executed.
It was let go until she said something... within a minute I was muted.
