I was apparently misinformed when I was told that if you resign you can never be a moderator again. My chances have been lowered, but low chances...
Well it appears I was wrong in my last status :D Cyp confirmed everyone has a chance to become mod even if you resigned.

He mush of got moderator back before the rule was invented. It is a new rules not sure how new though.
before i get questioned it is because once you resign as staff you can never become a staff member again. It's a new rule which i understand why...
