I think the island cooldown is fine completely, idk about dirt though. But meh. There are ways people do it anyways so who knows.
once again people have dirt stored up to a large amount I'm sure so this wouldn't be a good idea.
Another thing is a lot of people have dirt and stuff stored to large amounts that would easily quickly be sold if this ever was allowed.
