Please have a valid timezone, it helps us out for many reasons. I get what your saying but it's safe to have it enabled if such ever occurred....

Not really a bug, I can see where you are getting the idea that It is but, it's more of a suggested improvement.
No support. Like what Anna said, It is a donor perk and should stay as one.
It's a no win situation but I'd rather let it spread because it would be slower than to have everyone hear it all at once (If that makes sense) :p
