Just make it so that only one IP may get an account and receive a reward. It's not perfect, but it's better protection than most.
Not sure if Cyp has the XenForo plugin for this (might cost money), but it's still a good idea. Support :)

Just a little comment on your post, diamonds on Net are only worth around $500 on Org. I agree with everything else :)
