All kind of exploxions are disabled, you can't trade with villagers, there are many custom recipes, you can mine spawners without silktouch.
The fact that you can still obtain it by mining placed parrot spawners means that it's less rare than I thought sadly. The other rare Spawners...
No parrot spawn eggs though. And if you use one of those eggs on a spawner an mine it, it turns into a pig spawner again. (except for 2-3 mobs)

It works. You can just remove the name, add a spacebar and it has the vanilla lore. Works for all lored items.
You can just put them in an anvil and reset the name to the vanilla lore.

You can enter locked islands with /fly or an elytra. You just can't enter them while a player is on the locked island.
You should just /ignore someone if you're unhappy with seeing their ads. That's my opinion.
