Just because he reported you doesn't mean you shouldn't return them. As he must of spent a long time getting all of those he was probably just afraid of losing them and thought that a report might solve it. He even said in his report he didn't want you banned and also that he messaged you in game to which you ignored him.
But since he didnt i refuse to give him anything because i am not at any fault here. if he wanted to just donate some he should have only showed what he wanted to donate or atleast worded the message better
You may not be at fault legally, but morally, do you think what you are doing is correct? Its essentially stealing things that someone else worked hard to gain and he is now possibly quitting skyblock because of you.
I guess I'm wasting my time here trying to reason with someone who has lost any feelings of compassion they may have... And I 100% disagree that "its a block world out there" Its only like that if you make it to be that. You could help change things by doing the right thing and returning them. But, as I've said, I'm just wasting my time :/
