Well if you haven't seen, we have a new spawn, added new items to donortrade, as well as working on getting a paintball, or zombies vs players plugin working, as we already have an arena built for it.

Has Cyp finally decided to focus more on Hellblock and make it better?

Something that could help with Hellblock is there being like a sign at spawn advertising Skyblock.org and Hellblock.net, maybe more people will see it and check the server out.
