Be patient

I'm trying. I think I have been fairly patient considering it says you get it in 5 minutes, and so far it's been 3 weeks and still nothing. I see many others getting replies, and getting their things fixed from donations they made just within this past week. So I am puzzled why I seem to be the only one who has had to wait 3 weeks...and still no end in sight. I just don't get it

He can take months to respond.

yikes! That's a long time for a customer to wait. I only have 45 days to make a PayPal complaint. So maybe I should just go ahead and do that now. PayPal said if I paid for a service and didn't receive it, then they will get my money back for me.
