    Given everyone was given a 'clean slate' in 2016, Calidre's lone ban of 2014 should not factor into his ban appeal and as Kerahna stated, "permanent bans are only made to players who have already had multiple chances". By her own definition, Calidre should NOT be permanently banned! A retrial is required!
    Even if his single ban was considered, it is still not 'multiple'.
