my most difficult ones... probably neuropsychopharmacology and controversies in death and dying
loved my controversies in death and dying class tho.
hbu?
Yeppp. I bet.
And I'm bioethics and health studies & psychology now. I really love it. I was just so done with math and science classes so something philosophy based is a great change of pace.
Wbu? I forget
That sounds like a really cool thing to get into!! I’ve never heard of that major before but wish it was more prevalent now lol
I’m doing Biopsychology! So basically 50% psych and 50% science. I like it so far (even though I haven’t had any of the upper level courses yet)
haha yea i love it sm! i've found an interest in philosophy so it's great to find something that's actually practical ya know?
and dudeeee that sounds absolutely fascinating. honestly if my school had that i probably would be majoring in that too. i actually looked at transferring to a school that has a neuropsychology major which is sorta similar.
anyway that's cool man!!
yes!! It’s great when you’re learning about something you actually enjoy but also something you can actually use immediately.
the major also has a neurology component, and I think it’s a great way to combine psych and science without going overboard on either, esp since they’re both of my interests. Any interesting classes you’ve taken or want to take?
yea it sounds great!
But I'm taking a ethics of technology class this semester, as well as an applied behavioural analysis class so that should be fun! And my controversies in death and dying class from last semester was really interesting too
OHHH and I'm taking a ethics in community mental health class, really excited about that one!
Hbu? c:
Those are really unique and interesting classes; I haven’t heard of them before :0 (also not much experience in ethics classes haha)
I’m just taking health-focused classes like physiology, nutrition, and Biopsychology this semester to finally learn more about the human body!!
took a Japanese art history class last semester and that was really fun. The prof didn’t assign much work which sucks since it was of the classes I wanted to really take : / but the content was still engaging at least
Mmm, more health focused classes sounds like it's gonna be a grand old time!
And ohhh I'm also taking a chinese thought and the good life class this semester! Which I went to today and seems like it's gonna be really cool. But japanese art history sounds cool too
