While this isn't true (except for "They are illegal", which is debatable), it's almost threatening as well.

While alt sites do distrubute these "illegally", it's really Mojang's fault for not enforcing it. They won't take your Minecraft account if you don't personally tell Mojang that it isn't yours.

They are cracked/traded accounts, which are then sold, which then makes it the fault of the original owner for not properly securing his/her account.

it’s actually against mojangs eula to sell accounts or give copies of the game (accounts) to anyone else. they can terminate the account and even can take legal action against you

Of course, but then again. Name any alt shop that cares, and name any alt shop (that isn't a scam) that's been taken down because of it.
