Ahah, no worries. The hardest requirement in my opinion is the 50 message requirement.

Where should i go to complete that?

Anywhere! If you go to ‘home’ you should see at the bottom of the page(of on mobile) or on the side of the page(if on pc) the most recent threads.

Alternatively, you can press the three lines at the top of your tab, go to forums, and look at some of the threads in the suggestions and discussions tabs.
