crew doesn't moderate lee does a fair amount kerahna and fun manage the staff members mat and myrm dont even play anymore I think plus myrmwife so in total

about 13 staff members who help out with players and actively play which is quite low for a big server like this

use to be 42 ACTIVE staff members

We are always on the lookout for players who have the discipline and maturity to be a good moderator Unfortunately we have no control over when staff decide to leave, but we cannot allow a deficiency of staff members lead to a lowering of standards. Players are always welcome to file reports and issues in the forum if they aren't able to find a staff member online!

Well, there are certain things you could do to stop staff members from leaving such as listening to them and not making assumptions about them.

I always invite staff members to be open with their concerns, and have never made negative assumptions. If someone is saying I am, then they are making assumptions of me making assumptions of them!

I am not talking about you specifically, by the way, I am talking about both you managers.

Also I think 50 staff members is too much, maybe 35 - 40.

yeah I agree I just think this server needs like a major like revamp
maybe more advertisements to get more players on? I know crew would have to do with that who knows 49% sale crew makes a lot of money then he buys advertisements good solution to me

crew is already blowing money on mineverse which needs a revamp more than this one.
