I don't think you are allowed because if someone does create an island, your trespassing their land.

What happens when someone creates a new island, there old island is deleted therefore there will be a empty void. of 100x100

The island isn't deleted, it is just restarted in the same space

your allowed to build close to the other island if you dont touch it, and its YOUR risk of the island being reset, if it does, there will be a hole in ure island and you WILL NOT be refunded ^-^

What's the case is that when you create an island you get a designated are of 100 times 100 blocks.
That is your space.

If you however were to build over that limit with a legit expansion (not a bridge) then you're running the risk of having that portion deleted and not refunded.
This doesn't mean you can stretch out how far you want untill you're 5 blocks away from a skyblock, no.
When it comes to "bridging", it's typically defined as a narrow walkway off into the distance with the intent of finding and looting nearby islands.

So yes, you are meant to stay in your "plot", but if you do however extend a bit more over that then the staff is no longer in charge of your losses. There by you won't get refunded.

What if he expanded more than he knew was allowed to.
I've seen loads of players who lost chunks from restarting islands and being upset and sad that their work is lost.
It's not as if I fly around or tp to each player on the server controlling if they are within their radius either.
