Yes they don’t. It wouldn’t make sense if top voters codes didn’t expire. The codes are meant to be used in the same month.

I believe you have to spend your 20$ Code at once. I’m not entirely sure tho. I used mine to purchase 2 legendary crate keys.

They do not expire, and the code is one time use. You have to use all 20 of it when you use the code to get the most out of it.
