Cyp is busy and it takes a lot of time for him to answer players, but you should write him directly, since your appeal got closed because Cyp hadn't answered it yet.
Look, maybe you are right but it is worth a shot. I'm sorry they never gave you a direct answer from the start, like "No, don't bother appealing, we will never let you back." type of thing. But there are a gazillion servers I'm sure would love to have a new player if this one continues to not respond to you.
