    Make a moderator application. Noobcrew does not look at his wall and will only find moderators from the application section.

    Actually he does. He and cyp handle it all. They talk about it, they go through ALL the applications. Just because cyp is the one who says "Welcome to the team" doesnt mean crew doesnt put in. its a 50/50 deal for those 2.
