James, this is Trent's father. Is there anyway you can un-ban him. He is only 9 years old and apparently did something illegal (stupid) by changing the name on whatever it was he doing. He is now aware that he can not do this and I will make sure that he follows the rules on the server. ok thanks James. I will fill out the appeal for him. How long is he banned for? I understand you're just doing your job so no ill feelings. My kiddo is just freaking out and upset that he can't play Minecraft or on this specific server. You'd think someone died!

i understand it is a permanent ban until he or you fills out the ban appeal. It should be no issue as i believe he will follow the rules after this. Yes he will be reading the rules and I have told him this so he doesn't run into this problem again. I have posted the appeal and mentioned that he had not read the rules like he should have and will be reading them to avoid future problems. Thanks again!
