Thanks Spencer I draw them by hand with pencil for more control, and for color I use an old wacom intuos2 tablet with felt tip.

Yes Wacom makes the best ones I would recommend the biggest one you can get; a big bamboo is probably better than a small intuos

My budget's tight though D:
I'm planning on getting a graphics card as well, although I'd rather have a tablet before that
