What are you even on about? If you're saying someone made a server that's a duplicate of skywars, and that people were trying to get others banned. You'd need to appeal with valid proof it's a mirror server, and if anything, the only thing that needs to be checked is server chat logs with a simple ctrl+f and and a quote.
