You just use a lot of lubricant in the bowl so it doesn't stick. Pretty easy. Or you wrap it in some protection so it doesn't spill.

Well, Vaseline is effective but tastes like hell. You can find some shifty shops here and there that sell great lubricants with all kinds of tastes. I'm sure they have Mexican salsa too!
