Just a bit of feedback. Try to get active on the forums. I know that lots of people just join the forums to apply but maybe try to get used to the forums for a bit.

Yes but it is great when you get used to the forums for a month or two and then apply. It would make it easier for you. Maybe you don't like the community in the end? Who knows.
