I kind off agree with Stel. Surely exams won't take that long. But then again, I don't know you. So its bad to assume.

Exams take up about 1 week, not a month, it would be appropriate to just come on and resign. There are others that deserve that position, and you're just sitting here doing nothing.

I can't think of an excuse for her inactivity, but for all we know there could be a private one messaged to Cyp that she doesn't want to be broadcast to everyone. On the other hand, any inactivity over 1 month and 12 days should be taken into consideration for demotion, regardless of excuse. There needs to be a limit.

If it's time to resign, get her on and get her to resign. I cannot do that, only she can. If she wants to, she will, if she doesn't want to, she won't. If she doesn't, and won't be in-game, she'll be eventually demoted, so just stop telling her to resign, she'll do it in her own time if she think's its necessary.

Exams take longer than a week. Sure the exams themselves only take around a week, but exams take a LOT of preparation and revision.

Well she probably has something in her personal life going on then? Maybe she didn't want to post about it in public, she could have just privately message Cyp about it. So don't assume things without knowing the truth. I'm not saying I'm definitely right, but surely if Cyp didn't know why she was inactive she'd be demoted by now. And she hasn't been demoted, so Cyp probably knows exactly why she's inactive.

Cyp knows why. I don't know why I should have to publicise it to the community.
