I just use NYC eyeliner pencils...

I love to use white and grey w/ silver and light blue eye shadow. They make a beautiful duet.... *sigh* I don't use makeup much tho... JK hahaha like a preteen gal isn't gonna wear makeup!!! mwahaha...
