The way they're getting it is by a very simple recovery, Skype's support is trash, like honest trash. Cats would do a better support.

When you contact them, tell them to void all future account recoveries as you'll not be doing them anymore. Essentially it will stop people recovering your account as a note will be placed.

When this first happened to me a long time ago I contacted Skype and got my account back and I told them to place a note on my account that I do not want my Skype email & password to ever be changed and they said okay.

Oh Jesus, it just shows how bad the support actually is, I may need to contact them and see if my note is still placed. Their recovery process is worse than their support. I have never see one so simplified it hurts, they don't ask anything basic from the account: Age, Real name creation date nothing, it's a joke.

Never had to deal with their support but sounds horrible. In any case im glad you are fine
