Why should you be unbanned? BecUse I was being bullied by someone who's nothing hut mean towards me, and they fabricated a issue they could then report against me.

My appeal is this.

I was making mapart with a friend. We just finished ir so I was advertising it in chat. New platform 9 3/4 map if anyone's interested.

I posted a comment saying the following: " mapart island now available to rent".

Oblivion who's been silent on chat for the entire day chooses that exact same moment to spam his " mapart server advert". Which I found the timing funny so I just simply said "lol."

Oblivion_HD then went off the rails at me in chat, sending me paragraphs in red writing about how I'm now being abusive towards him, how I'm attacking him and then he demanded me to report his server.

And I'm just like what the f*** is going on?? I literally just said lol, and now I have a narccisit yelling at me in chat about how his mapart isn't a compition, and yet making it into one, and then he starts slagging me off in chat to a point I repeatedly tell him to leave me alone and he wouldn't.


Next thing I know bree mutes me for 31 days???


Can you like atop this blatant discrimination giving me 30 day punishments one after the next every time

Prior to all this me mellow and friends were having fun. Then oblivion came out of nowhere on a full offensive at me yelling in red writing demanding me to stop but isk stop what,??? I'm so fed up with your staff allowing hom to bully me all the time and then you giving me a punishment cos he reported me fist

 

Inciting and trolling is the muted reason.

But if that's the case let's break this down.

I was talking having fun with the whole server for the wntiee day up until oblivion claims to join.

He sees me post my mapaet island advert, so instantly posted his mapaet server advert as compition.

He then goes, it isn't compition, whilst insinuating that it IS a compition.


Bree says to me that I got muted for saying. "Lol" and "I make my maps faster and better"

What reasons is this, for a 31 day mute?

You do realise this is oblivion instantly deciding to provoke me as soon as he starts talking to the entire server,,,, in FRONT of the entire server k owing it'll upset me.


He did upset me, and I cannot report him because you've already permbanned me from the discord reports and you ignoe my forum reports as they get no answers. So there is very little I can do to get help.

Check the logs. You'll see I DID in FACT Ask more than one person to get staff support for me during all of these attacks towards me.

Oblivion is the one that incited an arguement onto me knowing his partner kitty just got me another 30 day mute prior for her reporting me over claims of mapsrt issues.

When will you realise that this isnt me causing these issues, is spiteful. Its narccistic and hurtful vile behaviour coming from them? They team up against me and force narratives their way until they can report me.

If these issues were as serious as they claim to be. Requiring month long punishments, then why wouldn't I be reporting them? I'm trying not to upset them because it's like treading on egg shells.

I can't say lol any more. I can't talk to friends. I cant advertise my mapart buisnes


All because of spiteful person who cannot let me exist in leave without their harrasment.


He has obsessed over making reports about me for nearly three years now, it's disgusting

 

I'm also going to add this, I sent some photos of the chat happening as it happened to staff in discord. Justme.

But she's now saying those screenhlshots only show me being an offender , and that's reasons for punishing me,


So as usual the entire evidence isnt being looked at and I've suffered because of instant biased discrimination siding with the bully who forced a narrative that he could use against me.

Last I knew, advertising mapart wasn't banable nor was competing buisnesses. What is banae is this vile provoking behaviour that's being allowed to come at me

 

Now I've had the time to go through my relevant evidences, please see my followup player report about oblivion harrasing, inciting an attacking and provocative behaviour towards me out of nowhere.

I've tried my best to order the screenshots and I don't have all the chat logs , unless you're willing to accept my In game chat logs that print out everything sent to console after every server game session ends.

Okay. I'll be patient.

I've also updated this player report with a couple sentences id left out that helps express the situation. And can help verify my reasoning for my appeal.

The imgur has all thw screenshots I took using f2. They are put of order so please use the time stamps on each screenshot to order the chat, you should also have your in game console chatlogs to verify the order of events.

I'll apologise wbout how I spoke to you in discord bree, but without causing you offence. You do always side with the player that intentionally reports me. And that really isn't fair or kind or supportive. I take back what I said to you, but my frustration is still valid. Getting reported and muted over and over by the same people who find it so hilarious hurts.
