I hope in this past month I've proven that I'm committed and I truly do want to come back. I also hope I've shown that I do care about being here and that I wouldn't jeopardize it by doing something like this again. I also wanted to apologize for anytime in the past I didn't take it seriously and didn't realize how it affected the people it did. I'm sorry again for the hassle it created and time wasted. I want to prove that I can bring a positive experience to the server and strive to make it a better place for those apart of it. I'm sorry for the things I did and I hope you can see that I do want to be given a second chance to prove that I want to make the server enjoyable and not hinder other people. Apologies for the mixed messages on the last appeal. This case was under discussion by the staff team and they did not reach a full consensus last time. This has been revisited again and discussed extensively with staff and player input taken into consideration, and the final unanimous decision is that your permanent ban will remain permanent. It is a misconception among players that permanently banned users are just seeking a “second chance”, while in reality permanent bans are only made to players who have already had multiple chances. They are given out very rarely, only a few a year and only after very careful consideration. This has been the case for several years now. Your ban was not only for maxing out the server maps, but for a cumulation of repeated offenses over time. As such, the final decision from the staff team is that the permanent bans for you as well as others involved in this case will be upheld, and further appeals will be denied.
No worries, I was just appealing again after a month since I was told it was ok to do so. And may I ask what repeat offences? I don't think I've ever been banned, muted or punished of any sorts other than a couple warnings
