You were banned for advertising a casino where the dropper offering the most valuable prizes was empty, alongside a misleading sign of when you restocked this casino. It is clear you believe this ban is an 'admin mistake' so I would like to take this time to clarify a few things for you.

In regards to the sign about restocking, it was set to having restocked the casino on the 15th of October, the day that's still a week away from the time of writing this. You also had an advertisement in /ads that clearly advertises your casino. When checking the casino itself, the dropper with the most valuable items was completely empty, and nothing was put inside it in the last six months except for an emerald, 10 sticks, and another emerald each of which were taken out not too long after you put them in. Logs prove you emptied this yourself. As you should know, having an open casino which is empty is a form of scamming and is against our rules.

Although this is no direct relation to the reason you were banned, I would like to also talk with you about the messages sent on the Skyblock Discord. You mention shortly after your ban that the staff involved were 'so smart,' lacked common sense and that you were frustrated that "pressed common sense was not used on your ban." You informed us in general that you had the sign set to "10/4/22" but may have 'accidentally pressed 1 again'. This still doesn't match with the sign you wrote, nor do the logs show that you restocked. You then disrespected the staff involved for going to bed quoting they were 'so professional.' You should know that it's difficult to determine whether the things you are telling us are really true or not, the logs hardly support your story.
I hope that this appeal will help us clear up a lot of that confusion.

2. On discord, why did you decide to bring this issue in the general chat and disrespect the staff involved?

 

Thank you for your response. I believe you on that the sign was an error, and I'm glad you explained your side of the discord story as well. I would like to bring this appeal back to the reason you were banned.

What your casino offers in prizes should always match as close as they can the items that are in the droppers. Your dropper was found empty, with no logs of prizes having being put and left inside it. There's no evidence showing there was any stock of items that players could win, even though you made it clear that you restocked it quite recently.

Within the scope of this appeal and your casino we're talking about scamming, and it's an act that constitutes a ban. With what I have in the logs and the evidence, there isn't enough to your story that the evidence can support.

If you wish to run a casino in the future, legitimately, there are a few ways to improve and keep you out of a similar position as right now. For example you should regularly keep enough stock in your prize droppers such that you won't fall in the trouble of not being able to give out a prize when it's supposed to. Those who play your casino cannot always prove that they won a rare prize after all. Make sure information you display is accurate, not just restocking dates but prizes and odds too. If your casino runs out of prizes and you can't restock for a while, you should close it (in your case by breaking the tradeshop sign). These are just some tips.

I will deny your appeal, but I do hope that my advice is enough for you to see that if you want to run a casino, there are ways to keep things safer for you and for those who play it.
