Hi Pykea, thank you for your appeal. Since we've been here before I'm just going to get straight into it. For your convenience, here are the links to your previous appeals to reference if I bring something specific up from them. Dec 18, 2021 , Dec 29, 2021 First I shall address what has occurred since your last appeal, since as you know, you made a group chat with the majority of the staff team in it and once again brought up the non-issue of that you were banned in "2 seconds" when you reported a player back in August who has yet to be banned. Again, this is because of the lack of evidence to "convict" the player who you reported. I don't understand why you keep circling back to this when you have been reminded multiple times that this has nothing to do with your current ban. I hope you truly understand why you were banned now, as it is a month later. In that same group chat you still insisted to see the photo you drew, despite it being explained multiple times to you that we are under no obligation to show evidence, (in an effort to protect the reporting parties). You said the purpose of the group chat was to get the photo you drew and seeing as this isn't an option I hope we can move on from here. This is a quote from your first appeal. You claim here that you wouldn't "give us" anymore problems and yet, since your previous appeal(s) were denied, you threatened to staff report me and go to Noobcrew instead of being civil and responding to my inquiries. In my opinion, you have not changed since your previous appeal. Once again you have decided to insult us instead of understanding and accepting what we tell you. The entirety of the staff who you added to the group chat agreed with me in this situation, and trust me when I say we understand it. This isn't a simple matter of someone being offended, it is a matter of upholding the rules we have in place on our discord server. Rules that are important and that everyone should follow. Hi Bree! To answer your questions, how you have changed in the last month. How I’ve changed in the last month is that I stopped playing for a bit and took a few breaks to actually understand what I’ve done wrong. I will not give you guys a hard time anymore and if I do this will be my last chance to be in the discord server. I don’t mean to hurt anyone or disrespect anyone I just want to have a fresh start. Hi Pykea, thanks for your patience as I have had a busy weekend. It has come to my attention that you made some remarks in game about your ban and appeal, and that from the sounds of things you still aren't taking it seriously. You claim to have changed, and yet you still regard your ban as being "rly dum" and when you told another player about it you simply said "oopsies". You made it sound as though your ban was a joke, and that you didn't do anything to warrant it. You made no effort to explain why you were banned, but simply allowed the other players to regard it as being "dumb". In seeing this, I do not feel comfortable unbanning you at this time.
