Hi Dubs, thankyou for taking the time to appeal. You know what you did wrong so I am not going to waste either of our time stating that. However, I want to focus on how you went around this situation which warranted such a ban. If you disagree with a ban then appeal it. The staff member in question will handle your appeal, explain why you were banned and if it was incorrect, they will unban you. We are all human and can make mistakes, but we will make sure that no-one has been unfairly punished. You do not, however, use 20+ accounts to ban evade, spam messages in chat and spam DM players swears and curses. That is unacceptable. Even after you promised a staff member that you would stop evading, you carried on. As well as having these accounts banned and IP banned, you decided to come on VPN (as you bragged in global chat about being on VPN) to mock an error that occurred in the IP Ban. That is also unacceptable. Furthermore, another banned player decided to join you in evading and spamming "free dubs" messages. Individuals are not removed from the community for no reason. Please respect that and do not encourage them to evade with you. Additionally, others copied your spam messages being rude to staff which got them into trouble. Whilst their actions are their own, they were heavily influenced by you. This is not your first time ban evading either. You have a long history of punishments. Many players told you to stop and where getting annoyed by your antics, and for what? It didn't lead to an unban so what did you think you achieved doing this? why ban evading was the wrong choice: it put alot of stress on the mods and aggrovated players why it was wrong to spam chat and be extremely rude: other players could get offended or annoyed by my words how are you going to prevent this in the future: i will accept any punishments i may get and not be rude about them. why will coming back from this ban be any different to the last ones?: i will not be rude to staff and accept punishments that have been fairly made by mods

I would seriously like to take your word on this, however, 2 of your alts where on 3 days ago, this incident occurred 11 days ago therefore non of your alts should be seen earlier then 11 days ago. So, I am left questioning if you are really are taking this seriously. Please explain in your own words why it is important to follow staff guidance and respect everyone in our community. It is important to follow staff guidance so that it does not distrupt other peoples gameplay or put stress on moderators. It is also important to respect everyone in the community so they can play peacefully and someone could be offended by other peoples actions.
