Well Basically The staff accused me of crashing the server and building lag machines, but I did nothing of the sort, and then I got banned for 31 Days, Now Sometimes I get mad and thats understandable, but sometimes, only sometimes something inside me snaps and I dedicate a good portion of my time trying to get revenge, so I went on Eco and was "trolling" then I got banned after getting a warning. Then I really snapped and got my alts to try talking to the mods, At that point I was thinking I dont care If I get banned This is not fair Its a false ban, and that went on for 10 alts, Thats the only part where I was at fault, for the alts, I think That I should get my punishment time Removed entirely as this would have never happened if other players did not have lag machines, and Yes I do use clients, and thats How I am able to know the tps. Also on a side note for Megan I was banned for 31 days by dexuby, then unbanned within an hour, then you rebanned me, What happened?

Hello arxm,

Thank you for appealing. I would like to make a few things clear before continuing.

This ban was 100% correct and reasonable, I will explain why in this post.

As this is not your first time receiving a ban, I did expect you to adhere with our rules and code of conduct. If you read our rules, why didn’t you adhere with them?

Here are the rules broken which I’d like to discuss about.

• Encouragement of lagging the server by spamming commands
• Mute evasion by using account Saulbub in chat which appeared to be one of your alternative accounts
• Ban evasion on multiple alternative accounts
• Creating a machine which created lag

As you do see, this was quite a few. I will be breaking down on each rule broken and explain how you exactly broke them to clarify any misunderstandings.

During the lag spikes, you decided to encourage players to spam /home, and you were aware that running commands repeatedly would add to the lag. This encouragement was not okay.

After noting that you were muted by Megan, I did see a player named Saulbub in chat speaking. This player was not associated to your main account until later on. This was considered mute evasion. Not to mention after your ban, this account was active and became associated to arxm. This is why it was banned and you ban evaded.

I would also like to add you were banned by Console on two other alternative accounts for attempting to create ban books/shulkers. This was before arxm was banned, meaning that the account arxm ban evading.

My final point will be the main reason you were banned, the lag machine. You keep claiming that your machine did nothing but I would like to point out what I saw.

When you were on your island, you flew to the highest platform built and started creating a machine It did look like a regular machine however it started to produce lag. And this lag started to become very severe and froze my gameplay, as well as Dex’s, our developer who was also observing your machine. This machine did not result in the server crash BUT it did create severe lag and is against our rules and code of conduct. Once the server came back up, everything seemed to be alright. I had to deactivate your machine but as soon as I visited your island, the lag restarted and disconnected my gameplay.

After returning once again to your island, I noticed your machine disappeared. After logging the area, I found out you broke it. You still broke our rules and many of them. This was not okay and seeing as you have had past bans, you should be aware of our rules.

I have a few questions I would like answered:

1. Why did you decide to break our rules?
2. What got you to make a lag machine?
3. What was the reason you decided to evade your punishments on different accounts?
4. What are you going to do to prevent further punishments?

I hope you’re able to give me a good reasoning as there were quite a few rules broken. Take your time in replying and giving me a thorough answer. Thank you.

First off, I would like to clarify a couple of things. Saulbub was not me, Saulbub is another player who I am friends with on other platforms. I do not have any alts on survival, I have owned multiple accounts like creeperfanatic77 But I am no longer the owner of those accounts, I have sold them to my friends, and any bans associated with those accounts should not be held accountable for me as I no longer have access to them. I simply told them to check out the island since they were allowed to visit it.

I will gladly answer any and all questions.

The only rules I broke was trolling, and I will admit, Now that Im looking back on it it was probably a bad Idea. I regret trolling now, and it should never be done.

I seriously do not recall building a lag machine, if you want to, you can go put all the redstone blocks where they were, I was not building a lag machine, it was simply a piston moving back and forth, no advanced circuits, just 8 blocks of redstone. I fail to see where is the evidence that I have built a lag machine. When you guys where on my island, someone was actively ruining the server, as I was in the spawn area of /spawn and Was suffering from massive framerate drops, I think It is safe to say that it was not me lagging out anything, and that my island was more affected by the lag, ruining my redstone farms on my island.

As I stated above, I have sold all those accounts, I only have access to the arxm account, I do have a lot of friends who I am close with and I told them what happened and to monitor the situation for me, My friend saulbub was on my island checking if it was my island that caused the lag, which it was not, and my other good friend creeperfanatic77 was still a coop member so I told him to check it out but he was banned for having a bookbot on by accident.

I seriously think that the only thing I was responsible for was trolling, So I think instead of overreacting it should have just been a mute to stop the trolling, I feel sick with the fact that I got banned with no evidence. After taking the time to write this, I thought that I should just keep it short and explain everything asked, so here it is. Thank you for reading this. I will answer any further questions.

I'm glad you realize you shouldn't have trolled. What really gets me confused is why did you build the machine either way? Was it necessary, it most certain seemed unnecessary and during this lag period, it was unnecessary redstone created. The motion of the piston back and forth, the constant flow of water, it can induce lag and it seemed like it did.

What can I do to stop future punishments from happening? I will just leave the server at the first sign of trouble. Being banned sucks, so I want to do everything to minimize punishments

I was building a redstone circuit to move a block, two redstone circuits both moving two pistons, and the water was there because I had non fly people on my island who died from fall damage before so thats why the water was there.

It was not me, The lag was serversided as my main was on /warp crates, and I was suffering massive frame rate lag and then got disconnected.

 

If I’m correct, your main is arxm, which was building the machine. If you are referring to creeperfanatic777, this account was banned at the time. I am not sure what other account is your main. I was observing your actions for quite a while. You were at your island.

What account is your main? Please clarify this, thank you.

 

Sorry, I meant that my main is arxm, I Do have other alts, but those have never logged on to the server, I keep those grinding on my survival worlds in a massive farm.

 

Arxm was not at the crates warp. You were at your island during the lag.

Explain to me why you found this machine necessary to build during the week our server had severe lag and crashes?

 

I was at Warp crates at first because of my keys, but then when I went home is when you guys were on my island. And to Answer your second question,

It wasn't originally built during the lag time, (maybe like 4 days before the server started lagging out that week ) its been there since before the lag, the only things I did place was the water and that didn't cause any server sided lag as I was checking the tops, I don't like ruining the server for other people, I would never build any machine that can lag the server.

 

There was not only just water built that day but excessive repeaters creating a cycle powering your piston to keep activating, cutting the water source repetitively.

Good to hear but then why were you encouraging others to create lag? You do claim you didn’t create a lag machine but exactly why did you tell others to spam commands during lag? Seems as you had an intention to have the server lag.

I suggest you be honest and explain what the purpose of the machine was and why you chose to build it. It emitted lag. This is a fact. Your island was also one of the laggiest at the time. I’m giving you one last chance to fully explain everything.
